Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SharpReach's website and outreach automation platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SharpReach provides software to automate B2B email outreach, including AI-personalised messaging, sender warmup, follow-up sequencing, reply handling, and a built-in CRM. Features available to you depend on your plan.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use SharpReach only for lawful B2B outreach. You will not use the platform to:

• Send unsolicited email in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable anti-spam laws
• Send to purchased or scraped consumer email lists where prohibited
• Send deceptive, fraudulent, or harassing content
• Attempt to bypass spam protections, suppression lists, or unsubscribe requests

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, particularly where misuse risks the deliverability or reputation of shared sending infrastructure.

3. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the lead data and content you upload. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact the leads you upload to the platform.

4. Agency and team accounts

If you operate an Agency-tier account, you (as the organization owner) are responsible for the users you add to your organization, including their compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

5. Billing

Plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise agreed) through our payment processor. Agency/seat-based plans adjust automatically as users are added or removed. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Sending email also depends on third-party providers (SMTP/IMAP, mailbox providers) outside our direct control.

7. Limitation of liability

SharpReach is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, lost leads, or lost revenue arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
