Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for SharpReach subscriptions. It applies to all plans — Starter, Pro, and Agency.

1. Monthly subscriptions

SharpReach plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard settings, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period — no partial refund is issued for unused days within an active period.

2. First-time subscribers — 7-day window

If you are a first-time SharpReach subscriber and are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us for a full refund of that first payment. This applies once per customer.

3. Agency seat changes

Agency plans are billed per seat. If you remove a seat mid-cycle, the seat count adjusts for your next invoice — we don't issue partial refunds for seats removed partway through an already-paid billing period.

4. Renewal charges

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. If you're charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it case by case.
