If you operate as an agency with multiple team members, each user's leads are isolated from other users within your organization by default. Organization managers can view aggregated data across their own team only — never across other SharpReach customers.

We may use third-party infrastructure (such as hosting, email delivery, and integrations you choose to enable, like Zapier) to operate the service. These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function.

SharpReach is built with CAN-SPAM and GDPR principles in mind: every outbound email includes a clear unsubscribe path, and unsubscribed or suppressed contacts are excluded from future sends automatically.
